Subscriptions & Billing
How do I subscribe my account?
Go to your Account Dashboard, select the account you want to subscribe, and click your preferred subscription option. You will be taken to Stripe to complete payment securely.
Does the game require payment to play?
It depends on the server:
- Despothes Grove — Free to play, no subscription needed.
- Enids Haven — Available to Mabons Gamble subscribers as a fresh-start server using Despothes Grove rules.
- Mabons Gamble — Pay-to-play with the following options:
- 1 month — $4.49/month
- 3 months — $12.74 every 3 months
- 6 months — $23.99 every 6 months
- 12 months — $44.99/year

Launcher & Installation
Windows says it protected my PC when I run the installer — what do I do?
Windows Defender is showing a false positive. Click More Info then Run Anyway to continue the installation. This is a Microsoft SmartScreen issue we are actively working to resolve.
Known issue: Windows 10 Controlled Folder Access blocking the launcher.
In some cases Windows 10 security settings will deny the launcher access to folders it needs. To fix this, go to Windows Security → Virus & Threat Protection → Ransomware Protection and add the launcher folder as an allowed app. You can also temporarily disable Controlled Folder Access to confirm this is the cause.
Fullscreen mode distorts the UI — what should I do?
Use windowed or borderless windowed mode instead. Fullscreen scaling is a known client limitation currently under investigation.
